Also, these are media companies. They don't provide any actual services people need.
This is such a bad take. Monopolies and oligarchies are still generally really bad for consumers and workers even when they're not controlling literal necessities. And having an open, competitive media actually is pretty important for a functioning society, even if the MCU isn't so much.
