IA. There's a whole trend towards centralization, and it's not good, and it's something that can only be solved through political will and political change.

Unfortunately, while trust-busting is supposed to be a thing government does, they're put off of it by bribery under more legal-sounding names. I don't have a lot of hope for there being the will so long as the ones who can make the change are getting their pockets lined.
