Yeah, her Phantom work wasn't her best. She was pretty young and new at the time and voice has gotten way more refined since then. I still like her pop and showtunes-type stuff better than her more operatic songs, though. Her cover of Mr. Monotony on the Songs that Got Away album is fantastic, and Arabian Nights (from the album Harem) is one of my favorite songs of all time.
