I'm currently struggling to write an email to an artist I commissioned who hasn't delivered anything for over a year and whose last official statement was half a year ago. She apparently suffers from depression so I'm super anxious to put any additional pressure on her but damn, it was quite a bit of money (which she already spent) and I'd at least like some information.
