I actually don't think Turner's outfit is that appropriate for a wedding, but if the bride and groom don't mind, who am I to judge?

Though Turner has been dressing this way -- miniskirt and knee-high boots -- for a while now; I remember seeing her on a talk show with a similar outfit.
