YES! They're terrible! Who decided they were a good idea?

I'm usually not super bothered by different covers/designs in a series, but if one (or more) books and significally taller it's just hnnnnnnnng.
(I buy a lot of used books online and sometimes you just can't see which edition you'll get or sometimes everything is out of print and you have to take what you can get)

Yeah everything seems to be a mash of trade paperbacks (ew) or those tall mass market paperbacks (extra ew). Drives me insane! Because I like to double up on my rows to save bookcases and I can't with those heights!
