(Anonymous) 2018-07-11 06:30 am (UTC)(link)Whenever I read (professional) film or TV reviews, I notice that it's fairly common for reviewers A, B, and C to gush about the leads' chemistry and reviewers D, E, and F to disparage it. Also, when there is near-universal consensus on sexual chemistry, it's usually in instances where everyone agrees the characters just don't have it, e.g. Gigli. It's much rarer for everyone to agree that the characters do have chemistry.
