i absolutely hate how claire has been written the past few series, especially in luke cage and the defenders. though if i'm being honest her flandersization started with daredevil season 2.

Ooof, yeah, agreement from me as well with this tbh. Which annoys me because I really, really like her but some of her writing this season was irritating.

Like you said she wasn't exactly wrong but they could have done it in a better way, but then they kind of needed her out of the way so the season could end like it did so the heavy-handed pushing from her was what needed to happen so she'd leave.

There's rumors that Rosario Dawson is done with the MCU so this doesn't surprise me, tbh. :\ They probably wrote her character knowing she wasn't coming back. It's also why I don't have much interest in the new season.
