I can sort of see why you'd be attracted to the idea considering even without the young partner element Stark and Wayne have similar journeys. As in they both come from wealth and suffer some sort of life-changing trauma that makes them want to use that wealth for good in their own way, albeit Stark got well into adulthood before that happened.

Peter Parker's introduction and utilisation in the MCU has made the Robin comparisons fairly easy as well.
