I will agree there's some actresses / actors I only like in historical dress. Anything else and I'm like "you're kinda blah".

Since the secret is about what OP finds hot about the actress and mentions specific scenarios, I'm not sure where you're seeing that. It's OK for people to have conditions on what they find attractive about a person. It doesn't invalidate attraction to say that you only like X with long hair or Y when they're playing a villain role.
