It's exhausting and pointless. Interviews keep going well, and then I don't get jobs. Is what it is.

I'm ayrt and I hear you. I've been in a job that makes me miserable for almost two years and have been applying for other jobs most of that time. Mostly, jobs I'm totally qualified for and would be fantastic at, but I hardly hear back - and then I get ghosted after the rare interview. Eventually, something's gotta give, right? Fingers crossed for both of us.

I feel this so hard, OP. This is why job hunting feels so draining and demeaning. You interview well and can't even get so much as a form e-mail back from the company telling you they've filled the position. I WISH they'd do that and put me out of my misery so I can move on.
