Send it right now!

I've been looking for a year and a half but because I don't live in a major city, no one wants to help me move.

I just got an email today from a person (because when I get rejected I go through the support line or find the personal email and ask why), who said "I like your resume but you don't live up here and you need a bit more experience."

A) Then you don't like my resume.
B) YOU ARE AN INTERNATIONAL COMPANY - YOU DON'T INVEST IN PEOPLE? YOU DON'T RELOCATE PEOPLE? WHAT?

I am so sick of this shit. If I didn't have to wait for episode nine I absolutely would have committed suicide by now.

ayrt I've ALMOST built up enough courage to send the e-mails, but it's a communications role so I am majorly fucked if I make a typo or something. Very high pressure!

That really sucks, too. Companies should be willing to invest in good candidates. It's hard when so many positions are just so competitive, though. I am from a small town in the middle of nowhere and I actually got my current job before I moved. I just indicated that I intended to move. Of course, they didn't pay any relocation expenses, alas.

Do you want to live in a specific city, or just get a job with a major company (that necessitates you living in some big city)? If it's somewhere specific, maybe you can find a lower-tier job and move first and keep job hunting after you move? Though that would only work if you can afford to move without a company relocating you.
