You should be able to filter it.

Even easier now than ever before, since AO3 now includes filtering tools in the sidebar!

Do they let you filter out crossovers yet? I stopped going on there because the amount of crossovers in my current fandom was WAY the fuck too damn high and there was no way to filter them out. I'm not opposed to the occasional crossover, if it makes sense, but I was seeing an obnoxious amount of stuff like multi-crossovers of (actual example) both NCIS and Harry Potter with the primary fandom series, in the same fic, and I ain't here for that shit.

They do allow you to exclude crossovers, yes!
