The Discovery on netflix. People find out there is an afterlife. People start committing mass suicides because of this. How it ended was pretty ridiculous. And some of the acting was poor.

Valerian & The City Of A Thousand Planets

Literally just... cast a different guy as the male lead, and it would improve so much (although still having major issues). He was so bad.

divergent series. it started so well and then....didn't.
elysium. amazing plot and then it just seemed to lack execution which the director himself admitted.
eragon it could have been a great kid franchise dammit.
