Making the decision on whether to stay in my current job which is easy, where I get along great with my colleagues but is very low pay, or apply for a job which I've already been told I'd be a shoe-in for, much higher pay, but a lot more stressful/emotionally draining where I don't know anyone.

I love my job but god damn, I can't survive on it financially.
