EWE (Epilogue What Epilogue) from Harry Potter is one of my favs.

And I agree with kaijin, Everyone Lives/Nobody Dies is always one of my favs. and it is super prevalent in The Hobbit, which I adore.

I love it too! I think The Hobbit uses it the most but I don't feel like checking. :P
