Hand pies are the BEST. There’s a food truck every year at the local Irish Fest that makes fantastic chicken and mushroom ones.

Mom’s feeling particularly Catholic so I have to drive her to a cathedral this weekend so she can get it out of her system, hopefully before the Catholic Guilt can properly fester. My mother is such a stereotype. XD
