In my experience it really depends on the game and type of guild. I've never met one in a serious raiding guild because this type regardless of gender tend not to play well enough or consistently enough to join lol

On the other hand F2P games, text based games, small casual guilds and less skill intensive games with lower barriers to entry, I've run into a lot
