the only one I believe is rather obscure. Wayne Williams didn't kill any of those kids, the Atlanta police were just in a hurry to arrest somebody. (There was no real evidence.)

I think it's possible that he killed some of them but probably not all of them

The fairly-popular podcast Atlanta Monster is built on this premise. It gets so far out into the weeds that it becomes basically unlistenable about three episodes in. (It doesn't help that it was made by Payne Lindsay.)

I think it's likely that he didn't kill ALL of the victims attributed to him (and at least one FBI profiler says as much), but he definitely killed most of them.
