It's not a conspiracy theory as such, but I really believe Alex Jones is a total fraud and grifter who doesn't believe a word of what he's saying

which makes him worse in many ways

That seems like kind of a difficult line to draw

FWIW, I think that he wants people to believe he believes what he's saying, and I think many of his viewers believe that he believes it, or at least take his views seriously
