IDK. For people who really want to write mpreg, it's a way to do it which makes more sense. I mean...in an offbeat, strange, convoluted way, there's an internal logic to it.

Men can get pregnant because the whole world and the structure of human bodies is different, somewhere along the way we evolved differently. IMO this is much better than authors who appear to just *assume* men can get pregnant. Even though I do realize, as I hope everyone else does, no one old enough to be posting fanfic porn actually thinks men can get pregnant, authors will sometimes write stories as if they are just assuming it's normal, with zero explanation, in a world which is otherwise no different from our own/the canonverse. And at least A/b/o has an explanation for how this can happen.

...it's het a/b/o with a female omega, I've never understood the purpose of. Because it brings absolutely nothing new to the table
