Harry, Hermione, and Ron. Buffy and Willow. Xander and Willow (I don't like Xander, but that scene at the end of season 6 gets me every time). The Fellowship (and particularly Sam and Frodo). Finrod and Beren. The Doctor and Donna. The Doctor and Bill. The Avengers. Bucky and Cap. Natasha and Cap. Kira and Odo. Kira and Jadzia.

I ship some of these, but I still love their platonic friendship as well.
