That sucks and I'm sorry. :( My spouse is a pharmacist and I'm not surprised, though. Independent pharmacies find it really hard to compete against the big chains, because the big chains keep under-staffing the stores and pushing their employees to fill scripts as fast as possible even though that puts a lot of stress on them AND increases the risk of mistakes.
