Pretty good except something is *biting me*. The cats don't have fleas, nobody else in the house is getting bit. And of course, my stupid system is in overdrive so i have huge, horribly itchy welts.
ARGH.

I get all kinds of mites and bugs from my chickens, but there are plant, grain, and dust mites that can cause itching too, and human parasites like chiggers and scabies. And if you don’t have screens or if you spend time outside, mosquitos. Try washing all your sheets and clothes and soaking in the bathtub. If it doesn’t let up after a couple days, and you don’t see or hear mosquitos, go to the doctor if you can.

Oh yes, i have screens. Can't live here without 'em. And the fucking air conditioning has been on for days, since it's miserably hot outside.

Where I don't go because...miserably hot, plus my body overreacts to most any kind of insect bite or mildly irritating plant. It *just* started last night, and i got bit *at work*, and then here at my desk. I took a shower this morning, wore fresh clothes, as always! The cats aren't scratching, nobody else has a single bite....it's infuriating!

Plus - fucking itchy. I dunno what the deal is. Hopefully, it'll stop *now*. I put new sheets on the bed, i don't have carpet in the house, or drapes except for the living room, so....fuck you, nature.

I somehow keep getting bitten by mosquito's on my legs despite me sleeping with them under covers and my arms exposed. Why not the arms little buggys?

Then again leg-bites are easier to cover up so I really shouldn't complain, but still, the itching!

It's maddening!

If you have to, inspect your bed--not just bedding but also the mattress, the bed frame, etc. I kept getting itchy-as-hell welts and it turned out to be bed bugs (which are exactly a massive pain in the ass).

Well, unless they can live on the plastic anti-bed bug/anti-allergen cover on the bed (that's been on the mattress since the day it was bought), I don't think it's bed bugs.

I don't have a box spring, just the mattress, and the frame is metal. I changed out the sheets and such, so - who knows.

Just amazingly frustrating.
