I write slash and I discuss slash as a form of queer commentary on media genres and franchises that have historically been deeply heterosexist (like Star Trek.) But if you're pissed off that I don't give a rubber stamp of approval to uke/seme, tinhatting, or how LGBTQ-created work gets marginalized, learn to live with disappointment.

But, while I'll express my opinion in these discussions here, I'm not all that interested in organizing tumblr shame brigades over shipwars either. We have a general election in three months and I fail to see how shaming a young adult with a few dozen followers benefits me or my community.
