See, people say 'omg, terrible wig!!' but it just...looked like hair to me. It moved, it hung, she touched it, etc.... Looked like hair!

And yes - i think she looked gorgeous like this, too, even though i was rolling my eyes when she *took her hair down* to get into a fight. You leave the hair *up* when you fight, so you don't get in tangled in your garotte or someone's fist!

Yup. The only one that was obviously a wig to me was the one in Cap 2. I love her in that movie, but oh man was her hair terrible.

I didn't clock that as a wig, either. I always figure 'they're an actor, they dye/cut/style/get extensions all the time'. Wigs just seem...like too much fuss for days and weeks of filming.

I did not like the super-straight hair on her at all, either.

Yeah, that cut on her was very unflattering. I figured they did it because of that twist at the end where Natasha is disguised as that other lady with a similar haircut. But it didn't look good on SJ at all.

It didn't scream wig to me, just obviously dyed and styled with a lot of hair spray in those curls.

Right? I figured it took a while in the chair for all those ringlets, but frankly - I like that better than the 'just got out of bed, haven't brushed my hair all day' 'style' that a lot of women in movies seem to have foisted onto them.

Tbh I liked her hair in this movie, it looked nice even though it's a bit impractical for fighting, but superhero movie so some hand-waving is required.

But I also love her short bob in the first two Avengers movies as well, I liked how bouncy it was.

To be fair, in the first movie she was undercover as a sort of ditzy....personal assistant?

Oh it was fine while she was in assistant mode, that made sense, but she takes her hair down from an updo to fight when she gets in BW costume. That's a bit silly but, superheroes so it's whatever really.

Still a nice look.

It depends on when - I heard she had a boob reduction (and I can't blame her, if she had problems with her implants or back issues, she'd need that done). But in the shots where she has big boobs she definitely wears that rackage well.

I saw a preview for Venom in the theater today and I really noticed Michelle Williams' really bad one. I didn't like the trailer for lots of reasons, but damn I really noticed that wig.

Ooooh. I hadn't seen the trailer before but that's... wow. Parts of it look like someone just sat the wig on her head and didn't bother attaching it to her real hair.

I liked her Avengers look best but this suit is almost exactly the same as that one so other than the hair (I prefer the shorter look) I guess I see where you're coming from.

I don’t really have much to add but this look is definitely better than the blonde Black Widow. Like, by a mile. I don’t know if it’s because I have trouble imagining Black Widow as blonde or if maybe ScarJo just can’t do blonde all that well.

I agree, although the blonde is actually her real hair I believe. BUt it does not work for Black Widow at all.
