And I think it seemed a bit sucky, still do.
*shrug*

I'm not upset or anything, just annoyed at being told the same thing *several times* but what i can only assume is different people.

Oh yeah, it sucks a little bit. I guess I view that as different from being fucked up. Lots of things suck, but ultimately I can understand the sense behind it.

I can and i can't. Google tells me that car sales people only sell maybe 8 - 10 cars in a month, so holding onto a car someone is really interested in for a couple days doesn't seem like a thing that would make a huge impact on their overall sales, you know?

But, whatever. It is what it is.

Okay. But I look at it this way... it's their livelihoods and I'm not a car salesman. They probably know a lot better than me what policies and practices are better for business and which aren't, due to years and years of real life practice. It's easy for me to armchair quarterback and criticize what looks like a screwy policy from my non-expert POV, but I'm making my call based on incomplete info and complete lack of real life experience. What are the odds I've identified a big flaw in their business practice that seasoned car salesmen have missed?

......who cares?
I'm not trying to 'identify a big flaw', i'm *stating my opinion*, yeesh.
Something we all do on this comm on the regular.

So done.

I think it's a bit disingenuous to ask "who cares" at the end of a 17 comment long thread. I care enough to participate, and obviously so do you. There's also nothing wrong with stating your opinion. I can see you don't care for people questioning it, but that's also something we all do on this community on the regular.

I think it's rude to ignore people's comments unless they're being abusive or totally snotty, so yes - i've replied.

I don't care if people question my opinion, but it gets tiring when several people make the *same comment* over and over. Got it, you all disagree with me, doesn't change my opinion.
