I figured the bi. But how could they not know!? My god you're a good one too!

I don't know! *dies* They're like what're you doing? And I just go like, "uh, just writing stuff" and they never bother asking what it is or anything. Or on the rare times they do I tell them plots and they're like "wow they're really good friends!" and I'm like "yeah! they... are!"

...that and they're too computer illiterate to realize I have a ton of yaoi manga/doujin saved on this thing. >>"

My parents are clueless or something. They have no idea my sister is a lesbian and that I'm just unconcerned with gender in general ... as far as yaoi goes I think my mum might have a clue. She's seen my artwork before, or at least some of it. However, since I'm always very subtle with stuff she probably doesn't catch onto it. She's seen my freaking TsengxRufus yaoi cosplay pictures though and didn't think anything of it. And as far as my other pairings go I could probably easily pass someone off as a woman. ::coughMathiascough.::

Back in the day before my laptop I used to keep my yaoi under a locked, hidden folder. My dad used to ask me what I did online all the time, as well ... I just said I did a lot of reading, which is very true. I just failed to mention what I was reading.

I keep my stuff in my nightstand drawers, as well as my booze stash since I don't really like to publicize that I drink in my house since my parents opt not to drink. They know I do ... but I'd rather not be all, 'Hey, I'm drinking vodka right now. lolz!' Yeah. >_>

My stuff is so soft that I could probably get away with passing it off as something other than mansex, especially since the furthest I ever take it is kissing. My writings on the other hand ... those would be bad, especially anything of the HojoxVincent nature.

I know my mum came across my LeonxMathias piece but Mathias looks feminine enough ... and I think that my mum would secretly like yaoi if she wasn't a tad bit too religious at times. It's my father's doing since my mum's like a closet flowerchild who wanted to be a Shakespearean actress and would have named me Desdemona if she hadn't married him. He's like ... Muraki minus the sadistic murdering serial rapist part. Yeah. ::snerk.::

I still feel horrible for Brittney and her unfortunate episode with her parents finding her yaoi stash since I know I probably added to that stash with the doujinshi she had bought off me.

Seriously, I'm old enough that they wouldn't really do anything about it, but it's not something I want them knowing just 'cos ... it's like not wanting your parents to know you're looking at porn or something. They suspect it, but you'd never be all, 'Hey, I like porn!' Yeah. ::laughs.:: I have no idea if any of that made any sense whatsoever.

I'm old enough where my mom really can't say anything about it but I still don't want her finding my collection of yaoi artwork or my fiction just because I'd rather not deal with explaining to her why a woman would get into such a thing. It's just not worth the emotional hassle. Especially since I know that I could explain until I'm blue in the face and she still wouldn't get it.

Luckily for me my mom hates computers and probably wouldn't even be able to figure out how to turn mine on.

OMG. *dies laughing* My mom asks but she only gets the edited for 'public correctness' stuff.
