The Selena movie on a VHS tape. I borrowed it from a cousin and I recently found it while packing. I asked if she wanted it back and she just laughed at me.

I'm reasonably sure about 10% of my books did not start out as mine, and that my best friend is in the same situation.

Not exactly borrowed, but a former roommate of mine moved away and left behind their nintendo 64 and a couple games and said they'd ask for me to send it later.

Well, years went by and they never did so during an out-of-state move of my own I eventually ended up passing it on since I didn't want it anymore.
