This movie was so boring and overhyped.

My dad, the biggest history/war junkie you could ever meet, also hated it.

I don’t agree with your reasoning or suggestions for improvement, OP. Just had to chime in to say the praise this gets is unfathomable to me. Technically, it has some great elements but somehow those never add up to even just a “good” movie.
