because they're the only part of the game that's well written and has any sense of nuance.

nah, fandom has just jumped on it's latest white dude ship du jour. it'll be a new pair of white guys in a month.

Fascinating how of the three main characters, all of whom have equal screen time and equal plot development, it's the white dude who's the most popular, even though the nonwhite man and the female character have arguably more sympathetic plots.

it's pure coincidence i'm sure. just like every time this happens.

That isn't saying much.

I feel like it has more to do with the actors and their chemistry than the writing itself. Apparently, they ad-libbed a bunch of stuff.

^ They just happened to play off each other really, really well. For once, it wasn't just 'let's take the first pair of white cocks and push them together'

I was REALLY pissed about Markus's storyline and how he ended up with North when he had SO MUCH MORE going on with Simon. The whole North romance thing came out of NOWHERE to me.

And for poor Kara, I really enjoyed her storyline, but, once more, it felt like they just didn't do ENOUGH. And it felt ... there was something really off about how they were pushing the maternal instinct thing. She felt very stereotypically 'female' to me.
