I'm always gonna have a place in my heart for Final Fantasy VII. The original game, at least; I'm not a very big fan of the majority of the compilation. I just absolutely fell in love with that world, and all the characters, and Cloud/Aeris is one of those ships that just never left me. I still listen to the soundtrack sometimes, and I definitely favor those songs whenever I play Theatrhythm, haha.

VIII is right up there too, actually, though that's a less popular opinion. >>

Yesss to the wonderful gift from the gods that is final fantasy vii. I do not miss the fandom itself though haha... except that I guess I do miss pre-Compilation discussions.

Oh god, hahaha, no, I don't miss the fandom itself... though I suppose I miss some of the friends I made and ended up losing track of. I also ran a semi-popular VII RP chatroom on AOL, so I miss that too! But man, even at the time I rolled my eyes at all the ship wars and nonsense.
