There is so much life in the ocean that really looks so alien. And we've barely scratched the surface when it comes to ocean life. I love it. Jellyfish and Octopus I'd add on the list of fascinating, alien creatures that will take over the world and rule us all.

Dogs. Cats. Wild cats and dogs count too. All kinds are great.

HORSES. I never outgrew the pony phase as a kid. Still love them to death. Still get shocked how small I am in comparison.

Hummingbirds are some of the most lovely creatures in existence. If I’m feeling down I’ll go watch a video of someone saving me to restore my faith in humanity.

Pangolins! They look like the lovechild of artichokes and armadillos and the babies ride around on their moms.

I found a small plastic toy pangolin in a Walmart parking lot. It was from the Yowie candy prize. I put it on my shelf of cool finds.

I love orcas! They're intelligent, they swim super far, they have different 'accents' depending on where they're from, they purposefully beach themselves to try and catch seals to eat, and they're just gorgeous with their black and white thing going on.

Elephants. I have such a strong emotional connection to them. I can't watch movies where I know people will mistreat / ride elephants.

When I was at my lowest in terms of depression, I reminded myself that I had to pick myself back up and become successful and independent enough to help out any of the elephants left in the world.

I have a hard time being around them though, because they're usually kept in zoos or some kind of attraction that is available to the public. I broke down the last time I saw an elephant in person, which was at a zoo when I was 14. I had a panic attack seeing how depressed she was. I've never seen such sad eyes.
