It might be the harmonics of the mantra they're chanting, but it makes me joyful and tearful at the same time.

(I'm also pretty fond of "Play the tones": https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZj7gUIO-2k but it's not quite the same emotion.)

Close are the Wonder Woman No Man's Land scene (that's more pride than awe, though) and the Yrel and Durotan vs. Blackhand cinematic from WoD (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gM9Xj2Wb5X8). Every time she says "Together" and catches the axe and her wings flare I just! Lose it.

Oh! And there's a scene near the end of Princess Tutu that uses music from Mussorgsky's Great Gates of Kiev that transports me as well.
