All of them? I love a good villain. Sauron. Morgoth. Saruman. Vader. Thrawn. Isard. Hux. Ren. Lucifer, Azazel, and Alistair from Supernatural. Angelus, evil!Willow, The Master, Glory, and the Mayor from Buffy. The Master/Missy from Doctor Who. Hela, Thanos, Ronan, and Kaecilius from MCU. Darken Rahl from Legend of the Seeker. Morden, the Shadows, and the Vorlon from Babylon 5. Cersei Lannister. Ozai from ATLA. Drakken and Shego.

That's what I can think of right now, but there are certainly more. A good villain is the best thing.

Crowley. I love that jerk. I also like Professor Tomoe on Sailor Moon. He was such a great mad scientist.

Many, villains can be a lot of fun to watch. But for some specific ones:

Loki, Cersei Lannister, Darth Vader(it's the suit and the voice mostly at work here tbh), Hela, Maleficent, Magneto, Arthas. The Mayor, Spike, Drusilla, Darla, Glory and Angelus from Buffy. Queen Azshara, Dracula from Van Helsing, Wunch from B99, Poison Ivy.

And probably more I can't remember atm.

Azula, Darth Vader, the Diamonds from SU, Dr. Facilier from Princess & the Frog, MALEFICENT, the Witch Queen from Lovestruck’s Love & Legends.

Mistress Nine from Sailor Moon S. She's in, what, two episodes, but gets a ton done. Plus, like, "I'm gonna get the Holy Grail now," reaching through space and yanking Sailor Moon through the portal by her throat.
