No. 6 was unexpectedly awesome. I wish the anime had ended a little better.

ayrt agreed though. The first like... five or six episodes are extraordinary, and then it just kind of ends in an abrupt and sort of unsatisfying way. I haven't read the manga but I sort of imagine it went further, but the anime only got the green light for nine episodes or however many there were.

If I remember correctly, the manga ends at a similar spot as the anime, but there's some dialogue that didn't make it into the anime. Something about Nezumi and Shion promising to see each other again.

Oh man, that's disappointing and surprising. It just feels kind of random. And Shion's survival of the bee stuff/changed appearance just ended up to be a total red herring, then.

I love AnK despite it's fucked-up-ness.

I liked it because of its fucked-up-ness hahaa. The worldbuilding was actually pretty solid and the plot was pretty dark and interesting. Ending was so metal!

I loved the world building and the ending was the bomb. I loved that they didn't try and give them a happy ending that we all knew would have been impossible in their situation.
