Let's start a stress club. Complete with those dumb head things you squeeze until the face parts pop out.

I'm sorry, anon. Being stressed sucks. Got any good self-care/de-stressing methods that work for you?

I am trying to buy a house stressed. And the seller's lawyer is stupid.

I’m in the “am I so stressed cause I’ve been super sick, or is my stress level making me sick” camp right now.

(The answer is probably both)

Moderately so. I'm emotionally exhausted too. Here's hoping we're all better soon.

I'm okay now, but I seem to have a thing where I get stressed out in the morning, and I'm not sure why. It's been going on for a while now. I've even looked for tips online but they'll all be like "go for a jog." No, I mean that I get stressed making a cup of tea. That's pre-jog.

(I know most people are cranky before they have tea, but not me. I've always been the kind of person who chats away before I've even touched the kettle and drives everyone around me crazy. Until recently.)

I was really stressed when I got home from work, but I did some crafts, and now I feel a bit better.

Not sure if it's stress but I had a really awful experience yesterday just before/during work. Sort of felt like "the walls were closing in" as cliched as that sounds, like I couldn't slow my breathing and felt like everyone was staring at me and like I just wanted to hide in a corner somewhere. It was bad. Today was better but only slightly.

On a scale from 1 to 10, it would be a 100000000000000. All I want to do is to cry and sleep.

Actually let me take my time to say how college has made me so stressed I'm retaking my old habit of sleeping curled up in a fetal position while sitting because my anxiety has reached amazeball levels of stress in a scale unknown to man. I need to revise and correct our final group project which is taking a lot of my time even if the topic is something I find really interesting. I have NO IDEA how I'm doing with another class and I really don't want to flunk it because that would mean waiting a WHOLE YEAR to retake said class and I'm barely six months away from graduating. There's also a ton of work related work (hah) I have to do and I'm really behind it because I've been using said time to study and I haven't had more than 4 hours sleep in, like, a month and a half maybe more. Time just passes me by that I couldn't even properly enjoy my bday or any other vacations because I was busy either working or studying. And lets not get into the other stress related health issues I've been having from kidneys to nerves to everything else.

tl;dr I'm so tired and stressed and just want to sleep so, so, so much.

maybe retaking a year would be preferable to you killing yourself to get everything done now?

I'm almost done and am like around 4 months away from graduating if I manage to get through with all my classes.

Extremely. I have Autism, depression, and anxiety. One of my two cats (both ESAs), went missing on Saturday night.

I have notified every veterinarian, animal control, pet store, and pet rescue group within fifty miles. I live in a sort-of rural suburban area, so she could be anywhere. I have posted on local Facebook groups and Craigslist. I have tried every trick in the book to lure her home - putting canned food or her litter box outside sort of tricks. I have talked to neighbors and combed the neighborhood.
