There's not gonna be a new Cap for at least a decade, maybe two, I'd say. All his movies have been critical and commercial successes, so there's no calls for a reboot (I mean, except for from you), and he's pretty fixed as Captain America in enough people's minds that a potential replacement would have to be really incredible to overcome natural resistance.
