This was one of my favorite hurt/comfort moments from the early seasons.

That aside, I know that Hotch and Rossi were talked about as the parents of the team and there were references to the 'kids'. I don't really care for that kind of thing. I like the found family of the team to a certain degree, but when colleagues start being weirdly invasive about other colleague's lives, I'm really turned off.

It's a pretty quick moment but I like Hotch being vulnerable. I think this is also the episode where he hints at being abused as a kid.
