Yeah, the Tales games tend to not be explicit about confirming even the het ships either. The only ones I can think of off the top of my head that had explicit confirmation and weren't just strongly implied were Stahn/Rutee (they had Kyle in ToD2), Asbel/Cheria, and maybe Jude/Milla? Although I don't recall if Jude and Milla ever officially hooked up or whether it was just a case of them having feelings for each other.
