What is everyone doing this weekend?

I want to take my nephew to my town's founding party. IF it stops raining long enough to. It has seriously been raining nonstop all week. Other than that, agonizing over the house buying process. :P

My husband is in town this weekend so I'm playing hooky from work tomorrow and we're going out of town to watch football and have brunch.

Have fun! Watching the game live I assume?

Going to work. Eating. Being nauseous because I can’t control my eating. Sleeping. Hopefully having interesting dreams. TV.

I hope work isn't too bad. Yeah, I am still recovering from eating too much over the three day weekend. Visited my sister and we ate out a bunch.

Lord, I don't even know. All I want to do is sleep. But my mother is in the hospital. And my sister and her husband (and dog) have come to "help." And she's high energy type-A person who is really bossy and he's a manchild and they are just exhausting.

I have to run some errands tomorrow. Other than that, I'm determined to do nothing in spite of the company. It has been a really long week, I'm still sick and feeling not so great, and next week is going to be long as well. I need my sleep.

Maybe I'll watch something. No idea what, though.

Can you not just ignore them? Or are they saying with you? Annoying family sucks. :( I hope you can get some sleep in.

Yup, they are staying with us. Which means I won't really have space to myself. The house is going to feel really crowded. I may end up going out somewhere just to get away.

They aren't exactly annoying. I love her to death, and he's been great for her. I just need to be in the right space to spend time with her. And I don't feel up to it right now.

I'm really tuckered out and would love to sleep in as late as my body needs on Saturday, but my landlady wants to show my apartment early tomorrow afternoon, which means I need to get up early enough to get some cleaning done and get myself dressed and fed and out by noon. That may not sound early, but I am not naturally an early riser and I enjoy having slow Saturday mornings.

That sucks. I love being able to sleep in (even if I never get the chance to). Can you sleep in Sunday?

Not much, hopefully. Work was really stressful this week and it's going to be next week too so this weekend I'm going to relax as much as possible. I do have some work I have to get done by Monday, but it hopefully won't take too long, and I'm debating going to get some tacos tomorrow (we have this awesome local Mexican restaurant I've been craving lately).

I am sorry work was so shitty for you. You should totally treat yourself to some tacos!

Finally finish the big VN commission and then maybe leave some time to explore my updated art program's new story-boarding stuff.

My brain is SWIMMING with ideas to try. I've wondered why I haven't been able to make an animatic for a while and it turns out trying to do it all in one go doesn't work and storyboarding first is REALLY important.

What is a VN commission?

I need to do housework which suuuucks. I've slacked off all week so there is a lot do do. Sigh. Then tomorrow I am at work before getting a week off so not too bad. I'll also set up an online shopping order to arrive on Monday. Shockingly domestic. Oh and I'll catch the US open finals too.

Oh noooo! That sucks. I hope it won't take long!
