I'm firmly in the abolish ICE camp. Some other parts of our immigration system are necessary. Ice didn't exist until recently, and nothing it does needs to be done (or can't be done better by someone else). And it is evil to its core. There is no saving it, and I think that anyone who works for them has at least questionable judgment.
