Knowing something is wrong and still doing it?

Knowing something is wrong, or refusing to perform any reasonable amount of introspection or moral consideration which would lead you to know that something is wrong.

You don't get off being evil, if you're capable of mentally comprehending it, just because you refuse to think about morality

But that's the point, some people aren't. Take antisocial personality disorder people (commonly called sociopaths) - it's a disorder overrepresented in people who commit violent and sadistic crimes. But if they literally aren't capable of feeling empathy, then they just have a disorder. Does that make them not evil, then, even if they have high IQs?
