That could be interesting. I could see Steve as either Sam or as Dean. But I don't know who'd I'd imagine playing Sam opposite him. Sam could be Castiel. I can't see either Bucky or Natasha as Sam, though. Maybe T'Challa? But the dynamic wouldn't be right.

Now I'm putting too much thought into this.

Steve as Dean. Bucky as Sam. You could MAYBE do Tony as Sam. If we were not going with Steve as Dean, Steve would make a great Castiel.

I'd do Steve as Cas, Bucky as Dean. I just can't see Bucky as Sam. Other than the long hair, they have nothing in common. Steve is a bit of a mix of Sam and Dean? I could see him playing either. But not Bucky.

Bucky and Sam are both filled with guilt from being manipulated by other people. They both betrayed their brother (Bucky unwillingly).
