150 How is this a fandom secret?
155 I think that's nice that you can be satisfied with a job like that -- to me it shows that you enjoy simple things in life, and that you're content with what you have. I don't see how those are bad qualities to have.
159 I like Gary Oldman a lot too, but I already know how great Gary Oldman is, and Eckhart is new to me. Also, frankly, I just find Eckhart more attractive than Oldman so that's why I think he's such a big deal. Oldman is obviously a better actor, but he's been in the game for a pretty long time, too.
162 I just went through a depressive episode recently, and obsessing over The Dark Knight was a good way to get my mind off of how bad I was feeling. I think it's good to have a diversion.

Bands can have fandoms, too. I'm not part of any personally, but I've seen it quite a bit.

Well, it wasn't specific to any one band, but I guess people make generic secrets about anime, or fandom in general ... it just seemed out of place at first I guess.

Agreed. I think our society's obsession with only valuing things that are higher paid, higher pressured, biggerbetterfastermore, is very damaging. The world would probably be less screwed up if there were more happy, laid back "slackers" around.
