154. I don't think you're alone in holding one fictional character above other that you view as inferior, and wish that these lesser known would 'show the famous punks where it's at' and so on. Lord knows I feel the same way about most vampires and Kain from the Legacy of Kain series. But sometimes all we can do is swallow the sour apple and clench our fists in our pockets and keep on dreaming. And write short, meaningless fic consisiting solely of our favorites owming the 'lesser characters', purely for selfish reasons that we will never share but DAMN it feels so GOOD to write it.

160. Punctuation is your friend, secret maker. And for the record, which trailer for which movie is this, I don't follow HP-fandom that much.

168. Thinking of Smash Brothers as something with a message as convoluted as that of Xenosaga is... inexplicably hilarious to me, for some reason. Maybe because God with butterfly wings of doom is a funny mental picture.

It's called Hourou Musuko, and it's about two transgendered kids. It's a really well-done manga.

Huh. Is it available online somewhere, or is it one of those dreaded things where I actually have to go the full length and BUY something with real-people money to support my favorite industry? I do so think that is a terrifying and troublesome thing to do.

That's because it is hilarious. Also it would be the most epic stealth-poke at Christianity ever. Because, seriously, SSB. Nintendo. It would be an event more epic than the PS3's killer app being advertised in the Wii's.

Having played both the original and the GBA port (which pretty much. . . um. . . sucked), I can say that I definitely think it's the best of them. My guess is that that's the prevailing viewpoint, as long as you're not too attached to the sprite graphics.

Rosa and Cid's VAs kind of annoy me, though.

... This is the first I hear about the GBA port sucking, and I must say I am glad I decided to hold out buying it. Being more concerned with the game as a whole than the looks, I think this just became a must-buy. Such a whore for Square, even after all this time.

... I know not if you expected scorn, but I have nothing but praise. Snakes melodramatic angst is always a wonderful thing when it is poked fun at, and you did so smashingly. Smashingly, I say.

I'm just - I was trying to write something really stupid, ultimately fluffy, but make fun of Snake's ridiculous melodrama, and I don't understand why Secret Poster was moved by what was a stupid 'lol at the snake' fic I banged out in about ten minutes!!

I suppose that's one point for the 'author has no real control over what people derive from their works' column, huh?
