Go to work. Shower. Do my regular stuff. I actually find I feel worse if I act like I'm sick? If that makes sense. Like instead of powering through, if I give in, I just feel like I'm dying.

For me, if I am starting to feel sick but don't give in, I can fight it. But once it hits, I am done for.

Depends on what's wrong. If it's stomach flu or something like that, I just stay home and try not to get too far from the toilet, and sip ginger ale if I'm able to keep anything down. If I've got a cold, I camp out on the couch and watch movies, drink tea, have soup, wrap up in blankets, and just rest.
