I'm usually cold but I'm going thru menopause and hot flashes are making me question the existence of a benevolent and loving God, tbqfh.

I'm usually hot unless it is during my period or a few days before. I'm always cold at period time.

Both, somehow. My body seems to have no ability in regulating itself. So if I'm stationary or I've just eaten, I get cold as fuck. But if I am in motion, I can't stay cool enough.
