Oh yes. I've never seen them and I don't think they are considered to be good critically. But they would definitely be urban horror.

DA I feel like the first one was well-received? I don't remember for certain.

The second one is actually the highest rated at 58% on Rottentomatoes. Not sure which ones has done the best financially.

From what I've read, the idea is great, but somehow they've turned a great idea into generic horror movies.
