I get why isolation is a big part of horror and why that means we see a lot of rural horror, but like... I'd be down to see another iteration of Invasion of the Body Snatchers, that's some good urban horror.

(don't know if I can envision a modern version I'd like more than '78 but I'd be down to see someone try)
